Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the platform fastcoenglishschool.com (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Account

  • You must provide accurate information when registering (full name, email, date of birth).
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • The system limits each account to a maximum of 2 concurrent active sessions. Logging in on a 3rd device will automatically log out the oldest device.
  • Your email must be verified before you can purchase or take an exam.

3. Exam Purchases

  • Exam prices may change at any time without prior notice.
  • Payments are processed through iPaymu. Orders that are not paid within 1 hour will be automatically cancelled.
  • All payments are final and non-refundable once the transaction is successful, unless explicitly stated by a specific policy.
  • You will receive an invoice via email once payment is successful.

4. Vouchers

  • Vouchers apply only to specific exam packages, subject to the rules set when the voucher is issued.
  • Vouchers have a global quota and/or a per-user usage limit. Once the quota is exhausted, the voucher can no longer be used.
  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or any other rewards.

5. Taking the Exam

  • The exam must be taken in fullscreen mode.
  • Switching tabs, exiting fullscreen, or any other suspicious activity will be logged. After the 3rd violation (or the configured threshold), the system will auto-submit your answers.
  • Listening audio is played only once. Make sure your connection and device are ready before starting.
  • Question navigation is linear — you cannot return to previous questions.
  • The timer continues to run even if your connection drops. The system will auto-submit when time is up.

6. Certificates

  • Certificates are issued automatically once you finish the exam and reflect the score you obtained (no minimum score is required).
  • Certificates are valid for life and can be publicly verified through the /verify page.
  • The name on the certificate is a snapshot taken when the certificate is issued and does not automatically change when you update your account name. Requests to correct the name on a certificate may be sent to our admin team.
  • Certificates are issued by Fastco English School (not ETS) and are TOEFL Prediction / simulation in nature.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not engage in cheating attempts, unauthorized access, reverse engineering, scraping, or any other activity that may damage the Platform or harm other users. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is”. We strive to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee it will be free of technical disruptions. Our liability is limited to the value of the transaction you paid.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved at the District Court of Blora.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or by a notice on the Platform.
